zypfresh Market is a “delivery only” neighborhood marketplace. Our highly trained food safety certified pickers put each order together safely and with care.
Your order is received and picked immediately. It then goes out for delivery with a zypfresh driver who delivers to others in your neighborhood for maximum efficiency.
Our vision at zypfresh Market is to offer a high-end online shopping experience attainable for all. We will do this by offering the highest quality products available and delivering them to your doorstep quickly, responsibly and at competitive prices to fit your budget.
It is our belief at zypfresh Market that for every delivery we make is one less vehicle on the road, fighting traffic to get to the nearest store. It is one more hour saved for people who could be investing that time into more important things in their day.
It is important to us at zypfresh Market that as we expand our service both in products and delivery areas that we always do so in the most environmentally friendly way. Our commitment to ourselves and to our customers is that we will always be looking for ways to deliver a wonderful shopping experience in the most responsible way possible.
Please do not tip our drivers. We pay our drivers a good living wage. Our drivers are not allowed to receive tips as it slows our delivery process down and could affect the next customer on the delivery route. Thank you for understanding.

Once your order is marked as "Shipped" on the tracking page, you will no longer have the ability to cancel.
You can reach out to us and let us know about your experience on our Contact Us page. There, you will be able to let us know if you are unhappy with any of the products received. You can either fill out a contact form, email us, or call us. The feedback will go back to your product picker and a credit to your account will be made.
At this time we do not offer the ability for customers to change orders once placed. You can however, cancel the order if it is not already “Shipped” and place a new one. Our advice is that you take your time before moving through checkout to avoid this from happening. If there is a minor change or some other issue related to your order, please call us on the number listed on our contact us page.
If this happens, please let us know via one of the methods listed in our Contact Us page. Our zypfresh delivery experts take a picture of each delivery. We will then determine if it is a delivery error or a theft at which time we will credit your account and take the appropriate actions necessary.
Our map shows our current service area highlighted in blue. Hopefully you are within the current service area but if not, please be patient as we are desperately trying to expand our service areas. Areas in blue are test areas. Delivery times to test areas may take up to 2 hours for delivery.
Green Areas: 1 Hour Delivery.
Blue/Test Areas: Up to 2 Hour Delivery.
